Review- HoneyMark Products

Some of you readers have asked me to review natural products. The Honeymark company only offers all natural products for skin and body. All of there products contain Manuka Honey. Manuka Honey has antibacterial properties that may be harnessed for dealing with a number of situations where the body’s own immune system needs the support of ingredients of honey to help the immune defenses. All Honeymark products are:

* Made with active, medical-grade Manuka Honey UMF 16+
* Paraben Free
* Produced using organic and natural ingredients
* Free of artificial coloring
* Free of synthetic fragrances
* Free of genetically modified organisms
* Free of mineral oils
* Cruelty free, no animal testing
* Free of artificial preservatives

I was able to test some of there popular items. I have the Hand Sanitizing Gel, Anti- Wrinkle Serum, Mud Mask, and the Liquid Hand Soap.

The Mud Mask is a very creamy substance that has Dead sea mud and the Manuka Honey in it. You apply for 15-20 minutes and rinse off. I found the substance to bit very liquidity and hard to put on. I would suggest using a paint brush to get it evenly on your face. Available here for $29.95

The Hand Sanitizing Gel is great especially when you have a lot of little kids with big germs. This bottle of 2 oz gel is a great size for my diaper bag, purse, car or wherever. I t also does not have an obnoxious smell. I was surprised that this too is an all natural product. Available here for $10.95

The Anti Wrinkle serum is a product that is a spray that you do not spray directly onto your face. Spray onto your fingers and rub in during the morning and at night. It helps give the appearance of fewer wrinkles, helps improve elasticity, and promotes more attractive skin tones. Who doesn't need all the help we can get in an all natural form. Available here for $19.95.

I also tried out the Liquid Hand soap which has a pleasant scent and is all natural so I am not fearful that my kids will get sick from it if they some how get soap in there mouth while they are supposed to be washing there hands. Comes in a nice 8 oz bottle and sells for $11.25 here.

The Manuka Honey found in the Honeymark products should not be ingested by children under the age of 12 months but it is safe to use topically. Also the manuka honey is a great use for many very common skin problems. Check out all the info in there FAQ section on there site.

Overall these products from Honeymark are great all natural alternatives to store brands. I feel safe using them in my home with all the kids and even pets around. Honeymark offers a large variety of products that I didn't even know could be all natural. Check out there site for all the items sold online.

Review- Bright Starts Teethers

For a lot of you mom's out there I have started writing reviews on some products that are offered to me to try out. I hope these reviews help you know what is worth your money and what to save your money on.
My 3 month old little girl, Payton, is helping me with this review from Bright Starts. They sent her 2 teethers as she gets started to teeth. Payton tried the Snuggle & Teethe and the Pretty in Pink Chill & Teethe. The Pretty in Pink is available for sale on the Bright Starts site for just $3.49. This includes 3 rings, 2 hearts and a flower. We put the teethers in the fridge for Payton and then as she chewed on them it was a soothing sensation on her gums. I really liked that these were specifically made for girls. Plus a portion of the proceeds from this collection(Pretty In Pink, many other toys available in this collection) support breast cancer research and awareness.

The Snuggle and Teethe is a soft dog with rubber hands and feet that are great for baby Payton to chew on. Also the dog makes a crunchy sound which was great for Payton. This toy is not sold on there website but can be purchased at Walmart, Target or Toys R Us.

Both these toys get a A+ plus grade from me and Payton. She has enjoyed playing with both and they will be great for her as we head into the difficult days of teething.

Bright Starts offer so many other items for sale on there site. I have enjoyed searching through the large selection of toys I didn't even know existed.

My Daily News- Review

My kids recently had the opportunity to review an item for themselves. They received the "My Daily News" for the Educational Toys Planet.

The Educational Toys Planet sells a huge selection of toys for all ages and skill levels. They have many items you can't even find in stores. I love giving gifts like this because people are always intrigued by where I bought that toy. The Education Toy Planet can be searched through by age or category. This makes it very simple to find the right toy for the right age group.

My Daily News is a news paper for kids made by Alex Toys. The price of this toy is just $9.97. What a great toy for ages 18 months and up for under $10.

Each child got a chance to give there thoughts about My Daily News. My 3 month old girl enjoyed the crinkling sound of the toy, just like a real newspaper with out all the messy ink. And she can even put it in her mouth which I would never let her do with a real newspaper. My son who is 2 enjoyed the pictures and when I read him the articles an headlines. My daughter who is 3 liked finding different pictures of herself to put in the front page to make it seem like she was part of the news. My oldest who is 5 cannot read well yet so she enjoyed making up stories to the pictures in the news. She even made it interesting and the news story changed everyday, just like Mommy's newspaper.

Overall this toy would be great for almost any age group even beyond 5 years. Anyone older would be able to read the newspaper right along side of Mom and Dad. This toy is part of the motor skills group on Educational Toys Planet. There are many other toys in this category as well.

I hope you take the time to search through the large inventory over at The Educational Toys Planet to help your children expand there skills.
